Founder & Leadership
IFoRAC is founded and led by internationally recognised experts in food safety and risk assessment, with extensive experience supporting WHO, FAO, Codex Alimentarius, national authorities, and academic institutions.
The consortium operates with a strong emphasis on scientific independence, methodological rigor, and global collaboration.
